Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, withdrawals, and cancellations are handled for purchases of inbox2api made through Paddle.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of inbox2api products and services where Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Refund Window

For purchases made through Paddle, refund requests can be submitted within 14 days from the date of the Transaction through Paddle's buyer support flow. Refund eligibility and processing follow Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If local law gives you additional non-waivable rights or a longer refund period, the highest level of protection required by law will apply.

4. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle is Merchant of Record, refund requests for Paddle transactions should be submitted through Paddle's buyer support flow at https://paddle.net, through the receipt or billing links provided by Paddle, or through the relevant Paddle checkout confirmation email.

5. Access After Refund

If a refund is issued, we may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the refunded product, plan, credits, usage allowances, account features, or related services to reflect the refunded transaction.

6. Cancellations

If your purchase includes recurring billing, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges only. Any refund for charges already paid is handled under this Refund Policy and Paddle's refund process.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that materially affects the Service, please contact us first with enough detail for investigation. We will review the issue and help you collect any details Paddle may need for the refund review.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your transaction will generally apply unless a different version is required by law.
